Jobgether is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager based in Mexico to provide operational leadership across site management, monitoring, and study delivery in an international clinical research setting.

You will oversee patient recruitment, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with CRAs, data management, and QA to ensure timely milestones and high-quality execution. This role requires regulatory knowledge, budget oversight, and 20% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN qualification required.
• Experience in clinical site management and monitoring.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward clinical milestones.
• Experience in international clinical research environments.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches.
• Understanding of budget management and contractual considerations.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight of site management, monitoring, and central monitoring with emphasis on patient safety and data integrity.
• Manage site activation through closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator communications.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation strategies and risk assessments.
• Review budgets, scope of work, and contracts to ensure delivery expectations.
• Use metrics and dashboards to track timelines, quality, and budgets.
• Escalate issues and propose practical solutions to leadership.
• Coordinate training across protocol requirements, CRF completion, and timelines.
• Support team development and inspection readiness.
• Coach and mentor Clinical Trial Managers on delivery and risk management.
