Baker McKenzie seeks a Specialist, Global Client Pursuits, Americas to coordinate pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations across the Americas. You will partner with pursuit managers, lawyers, BD teams, pricing, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality submissions that drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, proposals, pursuits, marketing, legal services, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, bids, presentations, or client pursuit activities.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling client-facing content.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic pitches, proposals, panel reviews, and RFP opportunities.
• Develop and manage pursuit timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate contributions from lawyers, business development teams, pricing professionals, and subject matter experts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely completion of pursuit-related activities.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and format proposals, executive summaries, client presentations, and capability statements.
• Conduct client, industry, competitor, and market research to support pursuit strategies and business development initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of interview materials, briefing documents, and finalist presentations.
• Maintain proposal content repositories, knowledge resources, and best-practice templates.
• Support post-pursuit debriefs and identify opportunities for process improvement and content optimization.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide responsive support throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

The Specialist, Global Client Pursuits, Americas plays a key role in supporting the firm's strategic pursuit efforts by coordinating the development of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations across the Americas region. This position partners closely with pursuit managers, lawyers, business development professionals, pricing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions that help drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will combine strong project management, communication, research, and content development skills to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to winning new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
