Baker McKenzie is seeking a Specialist, Global Client Pursuits, Americas to coordinate pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations across the Americas. You will partner with pursuit managers, lawyers, pricing teams, and BD professionals to deliver high‑quality submissions that win business and strengthen client relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years in business development, proposals, pursuits, marketing, legal services, or professional services.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic pitches, proposals, panel reviews, and RFP opportunities.
• Develop and manage pursuit timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate contributions from lawyers, business development teams, pricing professionals, and subject matter experts across jurisdictions.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of pursuit-related activities.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and format proposals, executive summaries, client presentations, and capability statements.
• Conduct client, industry, competitor, and market research to support pursuit strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing interview materials, briefing documents, and finalist presentations.
• Maintain proposal content repositories, knowledge resources, and templates.
• Support post-pursuit debriefs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide responsive support throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
