Jabil in Mexico seeks a seasoned Business Unit Director to own multi-site P&L, manage strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will lead contract negotiations, SLA management, and cross-functional alignment to meet strategic objectives for assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in BU management, strong financial skills, and knowledge of global logistics to optimize operations and profitability within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Broad understanding of global business practices and tax implications.
• Strong financial analytics and P&L awareness.
• Experience negotiating contracts and SLAs at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the customer relationship roadmap and multi-site P&L responsibility.
• Leads strategic planning and annual business reviews with key accounts.
• Negotiates contract terms and amendments with customers.
• Drives continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
