Epicor Software Corporation seeks a Director of Billing Operations to lead a global team focused on scalable, accurate, and customer-centric billing within the Quote-to-Cash function.

You will own billing performance for SaaS and related models, drive process improvement, controls, and technology adoption, and partner with Finance, IT, Revenue, and Operations to ensure timely, compliant close and predictable cash flows.

Competenze

• 11+ years’ experience in billing operations or related disciplines with global exposure.
• 6+ years’ experience leading and developing teams across geographies.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, subscription, and professional services billing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Lead the global Billing Operations team, setting priorities and development plans for accurate billing.
• Own billing performance across SaaS, recurring revenue, and other models, including metrics and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO, and business partners to automate processes and adopt new capabilities.
• Strengthen upstream processes with Order Management and other Quote-to-Cash teams to reduce rework.
• Support financial close activities and AR health, driving issue resolution and cash forecasting.
