Signant Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of client projects, managing budgets, timelines, resources and risk.

You will communicate transparently with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑quality study deliverables. Travel may be required. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional project management experience.
• Experience with work plans, project budgets, invoicing, resource allocation and deliverable management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; EU candidates welcome or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent client and vendor relationship abilities.
• Willingness to travel and overnight trips.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Fluency in English for day-to-day business.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project plans and client deliverables across phases.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with schedules and quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Global Project Management and Global Technical Delivery to prepare deliverables.
• Oversee development and approval of study materials.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and governance.
• Coordinate status and risk reporting with sponsors.
• Review resources and logistics as defined by scope.
• Ensure client expectations are met.
• Produce internal and external project status reports.
• Facilitate Change Order creation with Business Development Operations.
• Foster positive relationships with assigned client accounts.
