Hootsuite Inc. is seeking an AR Credit & Collections Specialist to support collection activities and credit review across Order-to-Cash. The role partners with Customers, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Billing to resolve payments, assess risk, and minimize exposure.

It is a hybrid position open to candidates in Mexico City, Mexico and Bucharest, Romania. You will report to the Senior Manager, Accounting Operations and enable timely billings while maintaining strong client

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes and credit risk concepts.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data accuracy.
• Able to communicate clearly with Sales, Success, Billing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer credit requests and perform manual assessments when auto-approval is not available.
• Evaluate creditworthiness using reports, payment history, and account status.
• Make credit decisions within approved limits and negotiate terms when appropriate.
• Review non-standard payment terms and escalate per approval matrix.
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, and Billing to resolve issues and process orders.
• Maintain documentation of credit decisions and customer communications.
