You will work with Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain to resolve deductions and disputes, using credit tools like Oracle and Trade Management to drive timely collections and strengthen working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• English Advanced (B2 - C1).
• Understand global credit policies and procedures to safeguard accounts receivable.
• Corporate credit and collections experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute AR processes to safeguard company assets and ensure timely collections.
• Assess credit risk of new US and international customers via applications, reports and financial data.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and customer payment trends; take actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain on deductions and disputes.
• Serve as subject matter expert for credit, A/R systems (Oracle, Trade Management).
