Job summary

Harvey is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable leader based in Mexico City to manage day-to-day AP across the Americas, including the US, Canada, and expansion markets. You will process invoices, run payments, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close while driving automation and controls.

Reporting to the Global Accounts Payable Manager, you will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to scale AP operations, implement AI-driven improvements, and ensure timely, accurate

Qualifications

• Progressive accounts payable experience in multi-entity setups.
• Knowledge of US/Latin American AP requirements, incl. Mexico and Brazil.
• Capable of handling high transaction volumes with vendor queries.
• Experience with local invoicing and tax documentation rules.
• Examples of process improvements in AP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day AP operations across the Americas and currencies.
• Process invoices, prepare payments, and perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate payment runs with Treasury and Accounting.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and accruals.
• Improve AP processes for new entities in multiple markets.
• Partner with Tax, Accounting, and local advisers as needed.
• Document causes of issues and implement time-saving improvements.
• Define requirements with global AP team and test changes.
• Track backlogs and overdue payments to guide improvements.
