Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Analytics Engineering Lead to translate global data strategy into scalable analytics solutions. You will lead technical design, development, and delivery of analytics products, metrics, integrations, and reporting while ensuring governance and enterprise alignment.

You will partner with data scientists, architects, and infrastructure teams to deliver analytics capabilities, drive value, and support strategic objectives. Hybrid work model with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing BI and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, database design, and data modeling.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI technologies (Power BI, SSAS).
• Experience in Agile delivery with onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure enterprise metrics align with global analytics standards.
• Own the analytics delivery backlog and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into robust analytics solutions.
