MSCI Inc. is seeking an Analytics Client Service Specialist in Monterrey to join the Client Coverage organization.

You will respond to diversified client questions on MSCI methodologies and products, work with account managers to sustain client relationships, and analyze market performance for a global client base. Candidates should have strong analytic and communication skills, a solid foundation in finance topics, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver value to clients.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology.
• Develop client relationships through proactive follow-up on issues.
• Analyze market performance and data for clients on reactive and proactive basis.
• Maintain relationships by sharing relevant product/model information with clients.
• Provide client feedback to Coverage, Product Management, Research and Data groups.
• Keep up with current events and trends in the marketplace.
