MSCI Monterrey seeks an Analytics Client Service Specialist to support our Global Client Service team. You will answer inquiries, analyze market data, and nurture client relationships with account managers and consultants.

The role requires strong analytics and finance knowledge, plus excellent communication across global teams. You will engage with clients by phone and email, provide feedback to product and data groups, and stay ahead of market trends.

Formación

• Strong analytic, quantitative and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial topics including MPT, CAPM, VAR.
• Deep understanding of international financial markets.
• Proactive, motivated with client focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work across diverse cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology.
• Develop client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients.
• Analyze market performance and data for our clients on a reactive and a pro‑active basis.
• Maintain relationships by ensuring relevant product and model information is shared with clients.
• Provide client feedback to the Coverage, Product Management, Research and Data groups.
• Keep up with current events and trends in the marketplace.
