You will oversee all aspects from concept to post-event analysis, balancing budgets, vendors, and on-site coordination in a hybrid planning and on-site role.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in event planning and project management, preferably within the corporate sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, with the ability to travel to event locations in and around Acapulco, Guerrero, MX .

Responsabilidades
