Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized and energetic Coordinador de Comunicación Corporativa y Eventos to manage internal and external communications and coordinate impactful events in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, MX. This role is key to ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication across all organizational levels and to external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing communication materials, managing event logistics, and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years in corporate communications or events.
• Strong organization and event planning skills.
• Excellent Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
• Draft content for newsletters, emails, presentations.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and on-site support.
• Maintain and update company communication channels, intranet, and social media.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts as required.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to communication activities and events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and event collateral.
