Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Cultural Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in artistic programming and event coordination, preferably in a cultural or non-profit setting.
• Experience curating diverse artistic disciplines (music, dance, theater, visual arts).
• Strong understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual artistic and events program.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with artists, performers, and cultural groups.
• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, and technical requirements.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and seeking cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive attendance.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, including artists, performers, and audiences.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event needs (e.g., catering, A/V equipment, security).
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of current trends in artistic programming and cultural event management.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, events, budgets, and participant information.
