Placements24 is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its flagship Morelia, Michoacán location. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure the store delivers outstanding customer experiences while upholding brand aesthetics and visual standards.

You will optimize operations, manage inventory, recruit and develop staff, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing on initiatives. The role is hands‑on, strategic, and requires a passion for fashion and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising and store layout design.
