Placements24 is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its flagship Morelia, Michoacán location. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure the store delivers outstanding customer experiences while upholding brand aesthetics and visual standards.

You will optimize operations, manage inventory, recruit and develop staff, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing on initiatives. The role is hands‑on, strategic, and requires a passion for fashion and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising and store layout design.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and financial management.
• A passion for fashion and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
