Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR management.
• Experience leading HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
