Requirements

• Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data.
• Experience working within the Mexican manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
