Placements24 is seeking an experienced Gerente de Excelencia Operacional y Mejora Continua to lead transformative initiatives in Saltillo, Coahuila. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

The role collaborates with department heads, designs KPIs, conducts value stream mapping, supports Kaizen events, and mentors teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in operations with 4+ years in continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading successful operational improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, value stream mapping, and process-improvement tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence change at all levels.
• Hybrid Saltillo-based candidates encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gerente de Excelencia Operacional y Mejora Continua to lead transformative initiatives within their operations in Saltillo, Coahuila . This role is critical in driving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all functional areas. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies, with a proven ability to implement sustainable process improvements. You will be instrumental in shaping a more agile, efficient, and cost-effective operational framework for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operational excellence programs, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading successful operational improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and other process improvement tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence change at all levels.
• Experience in driving cultural change and embedding new methodologies.
• Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
