Medtronic in Juárez is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering organization. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives while directing a bilingual team.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and global teams to deliver results, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lean six sigma belt certification.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization at our Juárez manufacturing site. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives. You will lead a bilingual (English/Spanish) engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
