Medtronic in Mexico is seeking a student intern for Office Support within the Career Stream. The position is temporary and focuses on administrative tasks, data handling, and supporting project teams with non-technical activities.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in Informatics, can cover first shift, and have fluent English. This role provides exposure to cross-functional work and a pathway to develop organizational and communication skills in a global healthcare company.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. This is a temporary position. Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group. Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned. Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members. Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Office Support Career Stream

Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Requires no or little job knowledge of systems and procedures. 0 years of experience required. Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree or PhD admissions required. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
