• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean six sigma belt certification

A Day in the Life

Are you an experienced engineering leader passionate about driving operational excellence and developing high-performing teams? We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization at our Juárez manufacturing site.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives. You will lead a bilingual (English/Spanish) engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
