Our client, a premier event venue in Toluca, State of Mexico , is actively recruiting a highly organized and creative Gerente de Eventos Corporativos . This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires a meticulous planner with a flair for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, meetings, product launches, and galas.


• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.


• Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.


• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, AV, and staffing.


• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.


• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.


• Manage event budgets and track expenses closely.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.


• Conduct post-event evaluations and client debriefings.
