Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking an exceptional, highly autonomous visual storyteller to lead Sustainable Creative Production (SCP). The role centers on AI-driven creativity, rapid asset production, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of multidisciplinary design leadership, strong English, and mastery of Adobe CC and AI tools to deliver innovative, brand-aligned content across Mexico and Brazil markets.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer or art director in an agency environment, with deep specialization in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI workflows.
Advanced English level with excellent grammatical skills, capable of professional client conversations.
Highly skilled in the latest Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) to support AI output adaptations.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace with high presentation skills using Google Slides.
Knowledge of Gen-AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E) and the Google 1P/3P tool stack (Image FX, Nano Banana, Whisk, PencilPro, Asset Studio+).
Knowledge in design conventions and requirements for both print and digital.
High understanding of responsive design, social media outputs, and digital reformatting.
Strong self-management, calendar/timeline management, and client relationship skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a modern, tech-forward design aesthetic across multiple design disciplines.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Solid typography, layout, color theory, photography, and copy skills.
Up-to-date with design and technology trends; apply research to deliver innovative solutions.
Adaptable to fast-paced environments with concurrent projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute high-fidelity static and social content using AI-enabled workflows.
Rapidly produce and adapt assets for multiple markets using AI localization tools.
Ensure all AI-generated work complies with brand guidelines and safety policies.
Maintain quality of artworks produced with AI-augmented methods.
Attend client calls and manage direct communication to align deliverables and expectations.
Own project development, calendars, scheduling, and task prioritization to meet timelines.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from prompt engineering to final production.
Monitor KPI/SLA compliance and coordinate with the team to meet targets.
