You will guide a global team of top-tier creatives, combining strategic leadership with hands-on craft to deliver human-centered, high-impact work for leading brands worldwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and supportively.
• 5+ years as a creative lead or similar with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong portfolio across branding, presentations, and advertising, including AI-enhanced work.
• Advanced skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, presentation platforms).
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
• Experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
• Collaborative, ego-free approach with ability to listen, adapt, and foster trust.
• Comfortable engaging with internal and external partners in creative and strategic discussions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and team well-being.

Responsibilities
