Nemak in Monterrey (MEX) seeks an Energy Utilities Coordinator to lead and optimize plant electrical systems and compressed air, ensuring reliability and cost efficiency. You will manage energy-related infrastructure across the site, drive energy-saving initiatives, coordinate with CFE, and oversee energy budgets, audits, and compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

• Experience leading substations and energy infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ISO and IATF standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate, plan, and manage plant-wide power capacity, including substations and compressed air systems.
• Lead and implement energy-saving initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.
• Ensure ISO, IATF compliance and legal obligations.
• Manage energy feasibility studies for new equipment and expansions.
• Coordinate with CFE for operational energy matters.
• Support OPEX and CAPEX projects related to energy infra.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance via SAP.
• Collaborate with Finance to define annual energy budget.
• Ensure audit and certification standards compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs for internal customer satisfaction.

General Services Coordinator - Energy Utilities

Objective

Lead and manage all energy-related infrastructure and services across MEX. Responsible for the administration, planning, and optimization of electrical systems and compressed air, ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency

Main Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, and manage plant-wide power capacity, including substations and compressed air systems.
• Lead and implement energy‑saving initiatives aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO, IATF standards, insurance requirements, and legal obligations.
• Manage and coordinate energy feasibility studies for new equipment and plant expansions.
• Maintain direct communication and operational coordination with CFE.
• Support OPEX and CAPEX project execution related to energy infrastructure.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs through SAP systems.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal stakeholders to define and control the annual energy utilities budget.
• Ensure compliance with audit processes and certification standards (quality, safety, environmental).
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and achieve SLAs for internal customer satisfaction.
