Nemak in Mexico seeks a senior energy management professional to lead energy efficiency initiatives, oversee ISO 50001 certification, and drive sustainability targets across its plants. You will manage energy budgets, audits, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to reduce emissions and optimize energy use.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with minimum 5 years in energy management.
• Experience in ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems development, implementation, and certification.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and emission management.
• Familiarity with energy markets, regulations, and sustainability frameworks (GHG protocol).

Responsabilidades

• Drive Energy Roadmap for Mexico aligned with sustainability targets.
• Lead emission and pollution reduction initiatives and net zero targets.
• Develop and evaluate energy projects, budgets, and financial analyses.
• Ensure ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 compliance and data integrity for audits.
• Coordinate with plant teams and external partners to optimize energy use.
