is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations with high organization, discretion, and multi-tasking. You will handle meeting notes, travel plans, expense reporting, and create presentations while coordinating schedules and events for our site. This role requires strong communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • 2+ years supporting executives or senior leadership
  • 2+ years of computer and Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination or executive calendar management
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

  • Support Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations teams
  • Photocopying, typing meeting notes, and arranging travel
  • Create presentations using graphics
  • Process expense reports, maintain schedules, and plan events and meetings
  • Lead operational meetings and document follow-up actions
  • Curate key Site documents and coordinate operations team dynamics

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

Job Requirements
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Key job responsibilities
  • Supporting Warehouse Site Leader with facilities to excel at their job.
  • Photocopying, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
  • Creating presentations using graphics.
  • Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.
  • Leading Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.
  • Curate key documents for the Site.
  • Participate on coordination of dynamics for operations teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • 2+ years of senior level leadership support experience
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with end-to-end project management
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets
  • Experience in an administrative support role involving collaboration with internal or external teams
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree
