Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management in global shared services or international industrial groups.
- Strong finance background with exposure to accounting and P2P processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; global stakeholder management.
- SAP and MS Project experience essential; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead global and regional GBS projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
- Ensure PMO governance, methodologies, and consistent reporting across programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IS, HR, and finance to achieve project milestones.
- Oversee change management and training activities to drive adoption and ROI.
