Tetra Pak invites recent graduates to join the Future Talent – Sales Analyst program in Polanco, Mexico City. This 18-month leadership track focuses on developing leadership and business skills with cross-functional rotations and global exposure.

You will rotate through projects, gain hands-on experience, and receive formal training within our global network. Start date is February 2027 and localization is Polanco, Mexico City.

Formación

  • Recent graduation in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Business Management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Interest in promoting sales of Tetra Pak’s portfolio: packaging, equipment, and services.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare the commercial strategy to support the sales team using internal and external sources.
  • Improve and lead inside sales process workflows and follow-ups.
  • Promote and analyze opportunities based on customer information.
  • Maintain regular communication and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and strategic decisions.
  • Understand product portfolio and value proposition.
  • Organize, prepare and present workshops to market clients.
  • Learn across areas such as Business Development and Marketing.

What you will do

As Future Talent – Sales Analyst you will:

  • Prepare the commercial strategy in support of the sales team, using both internal and external sources
  • Improve and lead inside sales process, (responsibilities, task, follow up, etc.)
  • Promote, follow-up and analysis of commercial opportunities based on customer information.
  • Maintain regular communication by strengthening the relationship with customers and improving the understanding of their strategies and needs, developing solution proposals, to identify opportunities.
  • Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic decisions
  • Understand our product portfolio and value proposition
  • Organize, prepare and present workshops to the Market clients
  • Lear and shift for several areas like: Business Development, Key Accounts, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Services
We believe you have
  • Talented recent graduation on any of the described majors: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or related.
  • Advanced English level
  • Interest in promoting sales of all Tetra Pak’s portfolio: Packaging, equipment and machinery, services to make technical quotations and negotiations.
  • Nice to have experience in CRM (Customer Relations Management), project management
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Upper intermediate Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, Logic formulas, Automated reports, etc.) Word, Power Point, etc.
  • Good communication skills, capable of opening relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious to acquire new knowledge, self-directed collaborator, and team player
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level
  • Your university graduation date was completed between December 2024 and December 2026
