Tetra Pak is seeking recent graduates for the Future Talent - Process Engineer program in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico. This 18‑month technical track develops your skills through rotations, hands-on projects, and formal training with a global network of colleagues.

You’ll interface with customers, deliver processing solutions, and gain international experience. Ideal candidates are engineering graduates with strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Formación

• Recent graduates with an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Intermediate - Advanced English level.
• Analytical and communication skills, initiative, teamwork, and adaptability in a multicultural company.
• Finished or will finish studies between Dec 2024 and Dec 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects from conceptual development (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment adapting to each project’s needs.
• Take responsibility for technical solutions and quality, securing project buy-in and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues in an international environment and across the organization.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge in local and international settings.

This position will be based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.

You would be required to travel up to 50% of your time.

The start date for Future Talent Program will be in February 2027.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What You Will Do

• Support projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
• Act with full responsibility for technical solutions and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
• Learning and applying technical knowledge in a local and international environment.

We Believe You Have

• Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
