Essity in Mexico City seeks a Future Ready Insights Specialist to shape how insights are created tomorrow. You will support pilots, coordinate new tools, and connect external innovation with internal needs to drive scalable capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global stakeholders, learning agility, and strong English communication. You will monitor trends, capture learnings, and translate them into practical recommendations for smarter decision making across the business.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in insights, market research, analytics or related roles.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency with ability to interact with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Curious, analytical, collaborative with learning agility.

Responsabilidades

• Design and coordinate pilots for new insight tools, platforms, methodologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor external trends, partners, and emerging methodologies to inform strategy.
• Synthesize learnings into clear recommendations for scale and adoption.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs.
