Essity in Mexico City seeks a Future Ready Insights Specialist to shape how insights are created tomorrow. You will support pilots, coordinate new tools, and connect external innovation with internal needs to drive scalable capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global stakeholders, learning agility, and strong English communication. You will monitor trends, capture learnings, and translate them into practical recommendations for smarter decision making across the business.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in insights, market research, analytics or related roles.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency with ability to interact with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Curious, analytical, collaborative with learning agility.

This role offers global exposure and is ideal for someone motivated by learning, collaboration, and driving impact through others in a fast‑evolving insights landscape.What You Will DoInsights Innovation Support: Contribute to the design and coordination of pilots for new insight tools, platforms, methodologies, and AI‑enabled solutions—supporting their adoption and scalability rather than owning execution end‑to‑end.External Scanning: Continuously monitor external trends, partners, and emerging methodologies to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.Evaluation & Learning Capture: Structure and synthesize learnings from pilots and external exploration, helping translate them into clear recommendations for scale and adoption.Agency & Partner Assessment: Support structured evaluation of partners and service models, contributing inputs to decision-making frameworks rather than managing procurement or delivery.Capability Building: Contribute to capability enablement by creating and sharing learning materials, examples, and best practices that support adoption across teams.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a connector across stakeholders, helping align innovation initiatives with business needs and ensuring clarity in how new approaches create value.Governance & Standards: Work within global governance frameworks, supporting consistency and alignment rather than executing processes independently.Who You AreA university degree in marketing, business, analytics, social sciences, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in insights, market research, analytics, innovation support, or related roles, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, insight generation tools, and data analysis approaches.Curious, analytical, and collaborative, with strong learning agility, structured thinking, and the confidence to interact with external partners and internal stakeholders.Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in a global setting.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
