Essity in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that align with global and regional goals, drive governance, and optimize operations. This role supports the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization and execution that boosts efficiency and continuity.

Applicants should have an industrial engineering background and 5+ years of PM experience in production/innovation, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in production and innovation projects.
• PM certification is desirable.
• English/Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio management: support the project portfolio with prioritization and alignment to objectives.
• Project delivery: lead high-impact projects from initiation to closure with best practices in scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Resource allocation: manage resource planning and coordinate with key functions for optimal support.
• Audits & procedures: develop and maintain project management procedures.
• Artwork & packaging management: oversee artwork and packaging processes aligning with branding and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Performance reporting: provide regular updates to senior leadership on status, risks, and benefits realization.
• Continuous improvement: drive adoption of project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
