AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems in a growing engineering team, participating in an on-call rotation and embracing agile practices to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases, ideally Postgres and RDS.
• 3+ years of experience using HTML and CSS, and styling for the web.
• 3+ years taking wireframes or mockups into clean, functional features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach; leadership a plus.
• Experience with Git for source control and GitHub.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
