Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and update quality documentation, SOPs, and quality manuals.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality.
• Analyze quality data and prepare management reports on trends and discrepancies.
• Work with regulatory agencies and assist in inspections and certifications related to food safety.
