Apexon is seeking a Frontend Architect/Lead to design and deliver scalable web apps using Angular and React. You will own architecture, drive microfrontend initiatives, and lead a team to build high-performance features.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to raise standards and productivity. The role emphasizes innovation, AI-assisted development, and strong emphasis on performance and UX improvements.

Formación

• 8-12+ years in frontend development.
• 3-5+ years in Architect/Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v10+) and React.js (Hooks).
• Proven experience with microfrontends and modern frontend architecture.
• Solid understanding of performance tuning and optimization tools (Lighthouse, Webpack).
• Experience with state management (NgRx, Redux, Zustand).
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants and embedding them into workflows.
• Strong design patterns, clean architecture, and CI/CD practices.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive frontend architecture for scalable, modular apps.
• Lead implementation of microfrontend architecture (Module Federation, single-spa).
• Build and deliver features using Angular and React with high code quality.
• Drive performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting).
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and reusable patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and SDLC efficiency.
• Introduce innovative solutions to enhance UX and engineering outcomes.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
