Epicor is seeking a skilled software engineer in Monterrey to design, build, and refine frontend and backend components. The role involves creating robust Angular applications, integrating with RESTful services, and contributing to modernizing legacy systems.

You’ll mentor peers, estimate work, and help improve coding standards while delivering high‑quality software on schedule. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, training others, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with Angular.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular components, services, dependency injection, pipes, interceptors, and frontend architecture.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Backend knowledge in Java with Spring Boot, .NET, or NestJS.
• Experience with Git, pull requests, Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD, and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with Docker and AWS services, including API Gateway, EC2, and ECS.
• Familiarity with legacy enterprise applications and modernizing or integrating existing systems.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Responsabilidades

• Writes, refactors, and tests new and existing applications/framework components.
• Actively participates in designing and reviewing core functionality.
• Designs and delivers formal or informal training, mentorship, and supports other developers.
• Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release.
• Looks to constantly improve coding standards and provides recommendations.
• Creates and provide estimates of work.
• Proactively delivers work on time with good quality.
