EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead high-quality UI development across our product suite. You will lead and collaborate with multinational teams to deliver scalable interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and modern frontend tooling.

The role emphasizes leading development efforts, writing tests, and presenting results to clients, with opportunities to influence architecture and coding practices in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant frontend development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML fundamentals.
• Proficiency with CSS, Flexbox, and SASS/SCSS features.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 17+ and Angular Material.
• Exposure to Angular libraries and RxJS for reactive programming.
• Experience with NgRx for state management.
• Practical experience integrating HighCharts for data visualization.
• Experience configuring AG Grid for complex data grids.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests with Jasmine and Karma.
• GIT for version control and collaboration.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Gather and discuss requirements, advancing from initial ideas to detailed plans with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Review code to detect potential issues and eliminate code smells or duplication.
• Create flexible, scalable, and reusable UI components and features.
• Improve solutions that are inefficient, slow, or resource-intensive.
• Guide teammates by recommending robust, scalable approaches.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.
• Present finished work to clients.
• Deliver estimates for upcoming tasks and initiatives.
• Split large requirements into smaller, manageable parts.
• Adapt swiftly when moving between different contexts and tasks.
