Epicor is hiring a software engineer in Monterrey to write, refactor, test, and improve applications and framework components. You will design core functionality and mentor teammates while helping automate release processes.

The role emphasizes frontend Angular work with backing Java/.NET/NestJS services and cloud deployments. They expect 5+ years in software development, strong TS/HTML/CSS, REST API experience, and familiarity with AI-assisted tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with Angular.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular components, services, DI, pipes, interceptors and frontend architecture.
• Experience integrating frontend with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Backend knowledge in Java with Spring Boot, .NET, or NestJS.
• Experience with Git, PRs, Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD, and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with Docker and AWS services, including API Gateway, EC2, and ECS.
• Familiarity with legacy enterprise applications and modernization/integration.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Responsabilidades

• Writes, refactors, and tests new and existing applications/framework components.
• Actively participates in designing and reviewing core functionality.
• Designs and delivers training, mentorship, and supports other developers.
• Develops, analyzes and maintains tools to support release processes.
• Looks to constantly improve coding standards and provides recommendations.
• Creates and provides estimates of work; proactively delivers on time with quality.
