mroads is seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to lead a team of Frontend and Full Stack Developers while remaining hands‑on with coding and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will excel in React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL, with a proven track record of guiding engineering teams and delivering scalable applications.

This role demands strong leadership, architectural decision‑making, mentoring, and collaboration with product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to ship high‑quality solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering/development teams.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• HTML5/CSS3 and responsive web development.
• Experience building scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to Frontend and Full Stack Developers.
• Drive architecture, design decisions, coding standards, and overall technical quality.
• Remain hands-on with development, debugging, and complex technical problem solving.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications using React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Build and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices around clean code, reusable components, automated testing, and design patterns.
• Lead sprint planning, technical estimation, prioritization, and delivery within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Evaluate application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through technical coaching and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Participate in production deployments and troubleshoot critical production issues when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
