Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-end Lead to mentor a team of front-end developers in Toluca. You will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality interfaces and collaborate with back-end, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver scalable web applications.

You'll oversee architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization, while staying current with modern web technologies. This role combines leadership with hands-on development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.

Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and performant web applications for Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of front‑end developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust front‑end architectures using modern web technologies.


• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.


• Collaborate closely with back‑end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to define and deliver features.


• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.


• Troubleshoot and debug complex front‑end issues, providing effective solutions.


• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging front‑end technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.


• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new front‑end team members.


• Manage project timelines and deliverables for front‑end tasks, ensuring timely completion.

Job Qualifications
