Crown Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Lead Front-End Developer to guide and grow our Monterrey-based team, delivering high-quality, scalable web interfaces for our Fabricas Monterrey operation.

You will mentor developers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams to translate designs into responsive, performant applications. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new front-end team members.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for front-end tasks, ensuring timely completion.

Job Summary**
