Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead guest services and supervise front-of-house operations. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, staff development, and a positive, professional working environment across fleet operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of supervisory experience, strong diplomacy, and a proven track record in delivering quality service while navigating a dynamic hospitality setting.

Formación

• At least one year of front of house supervisory experience in hotel, cruise line, or hospitality field preferred.
• Ability to deal with guests discreetly, patiently, with tact and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of principles for exemplary customer and personal service, needs assessment, and problem resolution.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with managers, shipboard and shore-side employees to resolve problems.
• Flexibility to manage and guide a diverse guest services operation in a changing environment.
• Proficiency with computers and various software packages such as Microsoft Office.
• Completion of high school or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of US cash handling procedures and foreign exchange.
