Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Casino Dealer Supervisor to oversee table game operations on board and ensure adherence to gaming rules and service standards.

The role requires several years of dealer experience, strong math skills, and proven leadership in multinational teams, with preference for shipboard exposure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor staff are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years dealer experience with Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice and related table games.
• Shipboard experience preferred.
• Ability to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly involving monetary units and calculating odds and percentages.
• Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding gaming rules and regulations.
• Ability to observe and recognize payout accuracy and dealer behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise casino gaming table activities such as Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice and related services.
• Satisfy guests by applying high standards of customer service and enforcing rules.
• Coach and manage an international team of Dealers to improve performance and compliance.
• Monitor payout accuracy and dealer behavior to ensure integrity of game operations.
