C.H. Robinson is seeking a Supervisor Service Delivery in Monterrey to lead a team supporting Freight Pay operations across multiple logistics accounts. The role focuses on resolving invoice and freight payment issues, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with Service Delivery, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations teams. The position supports on-site collaboration one day per week with remote work four days weekly.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in an operations environment.
• At least 1 year of leading and managing teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of logistics professionals to resolve invoice and freight payment issues.
• Monitor performance and KPIs to ensure productivity, quality, efficiency and service objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
