Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a Logistics Support I - Crossborder Intermodal in Mexico City to ensure timely invoicing and accurate account records. You will partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support onboarding of new customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoicing or account management.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Solid background in customer service with professional communication.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Account Management: manage billing cycles, charges, accessorial policies, and key contacts to resolve inquiries and disputes.
• Reporting & Escalations: provide weekly summaries and escalate non-responsive customers or carriers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams to resolve issues and support onboarding.
• Process & Ownership: maintain updated policies and take ownership of assigned accounts.
