A leading logistics company in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking a Field Sales professional to drive business growth in the Freight Forwarding sector. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, strong execution and communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will work in a full-time capacity, contributing to sales strategy and operations that enhance market presence and growth in line with company goals.

Formación

• Proven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
• Speak and write fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive consistent growth in volume, revenue, and margin across the Book of Business.
• Increase new business acquisition while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Conduct local market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Implementation teams to tailor client SOPs.
• Handle client requests for import/export quotes and negotiations.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain pipeline and activity records in CRM.
