DiDi Global Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with global and regional priorities in a dynamic tech environment in Mexico City.

You will partner with leaders across recruitment, development, compensation and employee relations, drive workforce planning, change management and leadership development, and help build an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Formación

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong result-driven and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Talent Management and Organizational Management and local employment practices.
  • Ability to learn, lead and influence in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate strong relationships across teams.
  • A passion for driving culture, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Effective communication and critical thinking capability are applied at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive the People Agenda: support the execution of HR initiatives aligned with global and regional priorities.
  • Execute the Talent Strategy: support projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address opportunities.
  • Collaborate on HR Solutions: partner with stakeholders across employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, diversity, and employee advocacy.
  • Support Workforce Planning: lead succession and workforce planning efforts, helping develop leadership talent.
  • Facilitate Change: drive change management initiatives and improve processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: foster connections with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
